Paper Submission Instructions

Poster Format:

  • The poster format is free.
  • The only restriction is, one page (not in parts) of A1 size (594 × 841 millimeters).
  • Make a explicative and attractive poster, the audience will be grateful.
  • Submission of Regular Papers:

    Accepted Regular Papers will be published in IEEExplore and presented during poster sessions at CAMTA 2014.

    Style:
    Regular Papers can have six pages and must strictly adhere, even in the submission phase to the IEEE conference style:

    • To write your paper using MS Word, please use the MS Word template
    • To write your paper using LaTeX, please use the following LaTeX Templates and the BibTeX style:

      If you use LaTeX, be sure to use the template’s conference mode. See template documentation for details. Make sure to eliminate Type 3 fonts from your document BEFORE submission. Refer to the Type 3 Font Info page for details.

    If you are having trouble creating your paper, make sure to check the Author Help page and digital tookbox.

    Plagiarism:
    EAMTA is subject to IEEE policy about plagiarism. If you are uncertain about this topic please read the IEEE plagiarism FAQ page.

    References:
    Make sure references are in the correct format and no info is missing. Follow these examples:

    Submission of Summaries for Student Posters:

    Student posters are shorter works made by young researchers; or undergraduate, master or PhD students in the topics of the CAMTA. These shorter works will NOT be published in IEEExplore but will be presented during poster sessions at CAMTA 2014.

    Format of Summaries:
    To submit a work as a student poster, send a two page summary using the student poster summary template. Summaries will be subjected to a peer-review selection.

    Submit your student poster summary in PDF format in Easychair(EAMTA 2014).


    Final Versions:

    Final submission of accepted Regular Papers should be PDF Express compliant. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org. The Conference ID for EAMTA 2014 is 33637X.

    Before Creating your PDF

  • Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your document. If necessary, contact Pedro Julian at pjuliam@uns.edu.ar or Andreas Andreou at andreou@jhu.edu for the appropriate copyright notice.
  • Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revisions.
  • Creating your PDF eXpress Account

    Fist-time user should do the following:

  • Select New Users – click here.
  • Complete the required data.
  • Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password was used for previous conferences.

    All accepted works will be presented at the CAMTA during the poster sessions.

    Notification of acceptance: June 20, 2014 (only for student-abstract, due to the tremendous number of works to review.) May 27, 2014 Due to several extensions in deadline for papers, the notification of acceptance has fallen behind, please be patient. May 9, 2014
    Deadline for submission of final papers: June 15, 2014 May 31, 2014

    Period of application to STUDENT Grants (Extended!!): June 10, 2014 May 9 to 30, 2014
    Notification of STUDENT Grants: July 1, 2014 or may be before. June 6, 2014
